Bobby D. Higgins, 86, of Texarkana, TX passed away February 11, 2020 in a local nursing home. Mr. Higgins was born October 15, 1933 in Tehaucana, TX.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Odessa Higgins; son, Robert Higgins; two granddaughters, Stephanie Higgins and Liz Gray; and a sister, Barbara Harrison.

Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Beverly and Pete Gray; son and daughter-in-law, Randy and Alana Higgins; four grandchildren, Cydney Higgins, Hannah Higgins, Alyssa Higgins and Robert Higgins, Jr.; one great grandson, Gavin Higgins; and two sisters, Sheila and Gene Lednicky and Sherry Clay-Farney.

Services will be 2 p.m., Friday, February 14, 2020 at East Memorial Chapel - Moores Lane with Rev. Larry Sims officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park under the direction of East Funeral Home - Moores Lane.

Family will receive friends Friday from 1 to 2 p.m. at the funeral home, prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital or charity of your choice.
