John Frederick Kimmel, 67, of Uniontown, passed away on Sunday Nov, 26, 2017 at South Fayette Nursing Center.
He was born Aug, 27, 1950, in Connellsville, the son of Roberta (Mundorff) Kimmel and the late Lee Kimmel, Sr.
He was a graduate in the Class of 1967 from Connellsville Senior High School.
He worked at the Anchor Hocking Glass Co.
John is survived by his children, Tarah Toker and husband Jeff, Steven Kimmel and wife Tiffany, Melissa Higgins and husband Ryan, and Brianna Kimmel; grandchildren, Chrystian, Kaleb, Aubree and Mason; siblings, Carol Allis, Lee Kimmel, Jr. and Rosemary Darrell.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Rosella and Ira Kimmel and Grace Durbin-Mundorff and John Frederick Mundorff.
Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in the Paul G. Fink Funeral Home, Inc., 418 N. Pittsburgh St., Connellsville, on Wednesday from 2 to 4pm and
On Thursday, additional visitation will be held from 9am until the hour of the funeral service at 11am with Pastor Michael Lyons officiating.
Interment will follow at Normalville Cemetery.
