Mr. Thomas Ray, age 67 of Benton passed away on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at his home.
Mr. Ray was born March 15, 1952 in Dearborn, Michigan son of the late Bobby and Rosie Borders Ray. Mr. Ray loved his family, enjoyed mechanic work, motorcycles and fishing. Mr. Ray was a Veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a member of the VFW and the American Legion and a member of the Symsonia Volunteer Fire Department.
He was preceded in death by his parents as well as one daughter Tammy Jo Ray, two sisters Barbara Ann Colter and Betty Joyce Ray.
He is survived by his wife Annelise Leach Ray of Benton, three step sons Michael Evans of Arizona, Johnny Evans of Benton and Tommy Jones (Kerri) of Benton. One brother Jerry Ray (Betty) of Reidland.
A Memorial Service is scheduled to be conducted on Thursday, February 13, 2020 at 6:00 in the chapel of the Marshall County Funeral Home & Cremation Service with Brother Kellar Lamb officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until service time at 6:00.
