He was an avid fisherman and hunter, loving to spend most of his time outdoors. Most weekends you could find him at his camp on Caney Lake or at his hunting camp, South Prong Hunting Club, that he helped found, along with his buddies. He loved hosting cookouts at the camp on the lake and gathered there with is family and friends most holidays, especially The Fourth of July, where he took many a kid tubing out on the lake with his party barge. During racing season, you could bet you would find him at the Chatham Speedway enjoying the races with his friends.

Terry loved spending time with his family and loved ones and took many family vacations with them. More recently taking a trip to Ruidoso, New Mexico with his two daughters, Tonya and Tammy, and a wedding/ family vacation in Branson, Missouri. He lived life to the fullest and always had a story or joke to tell. He will be greatly missed.
