Mr. Jeff Brewer, age 56, of Jonesboro, Georgia passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at Piedmont Fayetteville Hospital.
Jeff was born in Columbus, Georgia on September 19, 1961, the daughter of the late Richard Wilson Brewer and Monona Delilah Songer Brewer. He worked with the Georgia Department of Transportation for many years in the HERO Unit prior to his disability. Jeff enjoyed several hobbies to include photography, model airplanes and he was a supporter of the National Rifle Association. He was Baptist by faith and attended the Community Christian Church in Newnan, Georgia.
He is survived by his son, Chance Landon Brewer, Locust Grove, Georgia, siblings, Glenn Brewer (Renae), Bowdon, Georgia, Tim Brewer (Elaine), Carrollton, Georgia and Raymond Brewer (Julie), Jacksonville, Florida.
A Gathering of family and friends will take place on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at J. Collins Funeral Home from 12:00 until 1:00 p.m. The Memorial Service will begin at 1:00 with the staff from Midway officiating.
