Judy Dodson Robinson, 74 of Chatsworth, passed away on Saturday, February 8, 2020, at a local hospital. Judy lived most of her life in Chickamauga, worked for the Academy of Little People for more than 15 yrs.. She spent most of her time with her children and grandchildren, going on vacations with her sisters and brothers and watching old TV Shows. Judy was a rare, kind, soul, who never met a stranger. She recently reconnected with an old high school friend and married him six months ago. These have been the happiest six months of her life. Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Earnest and Reba Roe, sister; Gail Lawson, brothers; Willie and Johnny Roe, and grandson; Austin Dodson. She is survived by her loving husband, Henry Robinson, children; Wendy (Keith) Dye, Toy (Tiffany) Dodson, Chris (Rachel) Dodson, Becky Young, Donna (Sammy) Peavy and Ginger (Frank) Rogers, siblings; Joann Rittenhouse, Ricky Roe and Tommy Roe, grandchildren; Christopher, Dominick, Nicholas, Matthew, Grace, Bo, Aggie, Audrey, Kristen, Haley, Amaya, Malia, McKayden, Sam, Nikki and Lyndsie, great grandchildren; Easton and Ryleigh, step-children; Lynn (Michael) Stanley, Steve (Deb) Robinson, step-grandchildren, Brandon (Ashley) Stanley, Brittany (Jeremy) Crow, Katie Robinson, Destiny Robinson and Brooke Robinson, step-great grandchildren, Eli, Ella, Ty and Peyton. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 in the funeral home chapel, with Pastor Isiah Johns officiating. Interment will follow in the Chickamauga City Cemetery.
