Ruby Thornsberry White, 48 of Olive Hill, Kentucky, passed away on February 6, 2020 at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead, Kentucky. Ruby was born June 27, 1971 in Elliott County, Kentucky. Ruby was the daughter of the late Clyde and Wilma Harris Thornsberry of Sandy Hook, Kentucky.
Ruby was a member of Rockfork Tabernacle Church. She was a Homemaker who deeply loved and cared for her family. Ruby had a giving heart and loved everyone dearly.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a Brother Scottie Clyde Thornsberry.
Ruby is survived by her companion of 33 years, Donald White, a son Jeffrey Dewayne White of Olive Hill, Kentucky. Ruby is survived by 3 brothers; Bill Thornsberry, Jack Thornsberry, and Richard Thornsberry all of Sandy Hook, Kentucky. 4 sisters Sue (Jim) Randolph and Kathleen Thornsberry of Sandy Hook, Kentucky; Louise Messer of Catlettsburg, Kentucky and Mary Carter of West Liberty, Kentucky. She is also survived by a Host of Nieces and Nephew as well as a host of extended family and friends who will sadly mourn her passing.
Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Wednesday, February 12, 2020 in the chapel of Whitt & Sons Funeral Home in Sandy Hook, Kentucky with Brother Bobby Day officiating. Burial will follow in the Thornsberry Family Cemetery on Charlie Stafford Road, Sandy Hook, Kentucky. Friends may call from 6:00 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday February 11, 2020.
