She is survived by her husband, Frank Peters; daughter, Christi Parson; brothers, Wallace Tipton, Phillip Tipton, Bobby Tipton, Hubert Tipton and Michael Tipton; grandchildren, Maverick Parsons and Shianne Parsons; several nieces and nephews.
