She was united in marriage to Robert Meyer on October 7, 1983, at the Little Brown Church in Nashua. Three children were born to this union. She has been an office manager at Agriprocessors in Postville for the past sixteen years.
Judy was always active; a member of the St. Olaf Council, member of Uff-Da Committee and she organized the St. Olaf Santa Days. She loved to gamble and crochet, and was loved by everyone.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Meyer of St. Olaf; her children, Valerie Meyer of Prairie du Chien, WI and Adam Meyer of St. Olaf; four sisters, Jacque (Art) Messler of Clermont, Pam (Michael) Frye of Clayton, Ruth Runice of Bagley, WI and Wanda (David Spiker) Echard of Luana and two brothers, Orville "Boe" (Pat) Echard of Monona and Oliver "Dale" (Sandy) Echard of Monona.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Nathan; a sister, Ramona Speck and a brother, John Echard.
