Robert M. Guess formerly of La Junta, passed away at his home in Sacramento, Calif., on Sept. 12, 2012, at the age of 71. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Sharon; daughters Shanda (Dwight), Stacie, Carrie (Mike), Cindi (Bobby) and son Damon (Carissa); 10 grandchildren, three great-granchildren; brother John (Erlene); sister Nelda (Mike) and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held Sept, 23, 2012, in Sacramento, Calif. Graveside services will be held in La Junta at a later date.
