Kathryn was born on December 30, 1934 in Gorham, Illinois to Ruby Johnson.
She married Raymond Odell Lindsey on December 10, 1953 in Carbondale.
He preceded her in death on December 23, 1973.
Kathryn is survived by her children, R. (J.) Lindsey, Cindy (Tom), Jeanne (George), and Debra (Michael); brother, Dick; sisters, Bonnie and Joann; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
Kathryn was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Lindsey; parents, Woodrow and Ruby Spraggs; and brothers, Frank Edwards and Steve Spraggs.
Kathryn was a homemaker and worked as a clerk at Kroger. She was a member of the Calvary Campus Church in Carbondale.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at Calvary Campus Church, Carbondale .
Interment will be in Pleasant Grove Memorial Park, Murphysboro.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm on Tuesday at Calvary Campus Church.
