January 14, 1937 - February 8, 2020

Thelma Lee Robinson, 83 of Lamar. Arkansas received her "Flight Wings to Glory" on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at The Arkansas Heart Hospital in Little Rock.

She was preceded by her husband Dewey C. Robinson, and her parents (Peach Growers): Joe and Alma (Cowell) Wilkins of Lamar, Arkansas.

She is survived by her 2 daughters: Robin (Tim) Wilhite of Alexander, Arkansas, Tammy Jo (Randy) Teltow of Knoxville, Arkansas, and her beloved Basset Hound, Freckle Fwoppy-ear The Medicine Woman, and matching Calico Cat, Patches The Mountain /(Meow-Ntain) Lion. There is none adored that is remotely comparable to Grammaw by Reza Clint (Melanie) Ahrabli (Toxey, Laney, Melia, Jaden, and Emma) of Pottsville, Arkansas; Rashien (Jessica) Ahrabli (Kiersten and Caleb) Ahrabli of Olathe, Kansas; Shayda (Nic) McLeod (Max and Camila) of Fayetteville, Arkansas; Behnum (Cheyenne) Ahrabli of Lamar, Arkansas. (By marriage 2 step grandchildren: Ryan and Desi Wilhite and Kayla (Traven ) and their 2 kids Eli and Az.) Thelma Lee loved her 2 baby brothers, Bobby Joe Wilkins; Kenneth Dean (Linda) Wilkins of Lamar, and who she deemed: "The Best Sister in The World" Chig/Barbara Jean (Bub) Pearson of Lamar, and a precious Sister-in-love: Mildred (Wayne) Dunn of Van Alma, Arkansas, her host of family: cousins, nieces, nephews, (including those who are like family adopted in by love) and will ever be known as The Legendary "Troop J State Police Mom" and to all of those she called her "Pups" she raised within her 32 plus years of exemplary service in law enforcement, 13 and a half years in the Johnson County Sherriff and Collector Department, RFD, and Civil Defense. She served numerous appointed positions under three Johnson County Sherriffs (Donald Meek, Elton Brown, and Eddie King); Thelma also served as the Arson investigator and Fire Chief for RFD 7.

Thelma was loved by everyone and will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be received from 6:00-8:00 pm Thursday, February 13, 2020 at Roller-Cox Funeral with The Celebration of this Valentine sweetheart will be lovingly will be held at Cabin Creek Baptist Church Hwy 64 in Lamar on February 14, 2020, followed by internment at Holman Cemetery. A Gracious Dinner hosted by Holman Freewill Baptist Church.
