Mr. Pryor, a native of Graves County and the Folsomdale community, died Friday at 4:45 p.m. at Western Baptist Hospital.
He was retired from the U.S. Engineer Department and was a member of West End Baptist Church. Mr. Pryor was a past master of Kilwinning Masonic Lodge No. 506 F and AM of Louisville.
The son of the late Franklin Elbridge and Talitha Nall Pryor of Graves County, he is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lillie Carney Pryor; a son, the Rev. Howard E. Pryor, Virgimia; four daughters, Mrs. Catherine Maxfield, Smithland, Mrs. Marie Hite, Boaz, Mrs. Emma Maxfield, Smithland, and Mrs. Doris Ackerman, Jeffersonville, Ind.; a niece, Mrs. Vonella Nelson, Jacksonville, Fla.; 12 grandchildren' and 14 great-grandchildren.
