Michael Patrick Hannon, age 65 passed away on January 28, 2020, Michael was born August 20, 1954 to Roy and Gail Hannon. He was predeceased by his father Roy and is survived by his wife Lynn, mother Gail, brother Skip (Pat) and sister Tammy (Lyle). Michael is survived by his three step-children Dean of Goodyear AZ, Sarah (Brian) of New Castle IN, and Jessica of Indianapolis, IN and five grandchildren Kiah, Dana, Skyler, Robbie and Taylor. Michael devoted his life to God, country, family and friends. He honorably served in the Army during the Vietnam era. Michael had a wonderful sense of humor, a passion for helping others and a love of life. From skydiving to riding his Harley (aka "The Skull") he enjoyed the thrill of life. Michael also enjoyed the romance of the theatre, expressed his emotion by listening to music and was a great story teller. He made everyone feel welcome, made it his mission to make a lasting impact on everyone he met, and was devoted to helping others. His career choices took him around the world (Army (soldier), United Airlines (A/P Mechanic) and St. Vincent Hospital (pediatric orthopedic nurse). Words cannot express how much he is loved and how much he will be missed. Michael has several sayings that he will always be known for and is probably saying them now - Back at ya! What's this? and Don't come back?
There will be a burial at the National Memorial Cemetery in Cave Creek, AZ on February 20, 2020 at 10:30 am and a celebration of Michael's life at San Tan Flats, San Tan Valley, AZ on February 19, 2020 at 5:30 pm.
