To deliver the whiskey, Bart used his profession as a plumber to gain access to his customers' home and feasibly deliver his whiskey without arousing suspicion. He would go to the bathroom and place a quart of whiskey inside the commode tank. Next, he would collect his money which would have already been left in the bathroom by the customer.
Bart has worked for the City of Albany Water Department for 30 years. He was an honest and law-abiding citizen in his community.
