Joshua Scott Schanck-Cottrell, 27, passed away February 15, 2015 in Cheyenne.
Josh was born in Casper on December 6, 1987 to Shealyn Counts and Eric Cottrell. He lived most of his life here. He attended Pineview and Mills Elementary and Dean Morgan Junior High. He graduated from Kelly Walsh in 2006. At the time of his passing Josh owned Do All Contracting, LLC in Cheyenne. He was a full service contractor inside and outside. He was a car enthusiast and loved rebuilding cars. Josh always tried to help his family and friends and he impacted a lot of lives.
Josh is survived by his parents, Shealyn Counts and Eric and Jenny Cottrell; his brothers, Vincent Sosa and Damond Cottrell; paternal grandparents, Larry Cottrell and Kathy Cottrell (Jim Hall); paternal aunt, Tara (Russ) Fleetwood and cousin, Rio; paternal aunt, Cynthia (Sophorn) Yann; maternal aunt, Lisadiana (Matthew) Bates and cousins, Simon, Michael and Nathan; maternal great grandpa, Everett Schanck and paternal great grandpa, Leonard Wold. Josh also had a large extended family and many friends, including his cat, Elvis, and his dog, Soulja.
Josh was preceded in death by his maternal grandma, Cathy Post and maternal grandpa, Everett (Butch) Schanck, Jr.
