Robert K. Joiner, Sr., 65, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2020, at Archbold Memorial Hospital.
Funeral Services will be held at Victory Baptist Church on Friday, February 7, 2020 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Gary Holland officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 6, 2020 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Whiddon Shiver Funeral Home Chapel. He will be laid to rest at Laurel Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Joiner was born in Thomasville, GA to the late T.J. Joiner & Edna Bloodworth Joiner on February 9, 1954.
He retired from the City of Thomasville as a Construction Scheduler in the Engineering Department. He attended Victory Baptist Church.
Survivors include: son, Robbie Joiner (Jeri) of TyTy, GA, grandson, Oliver Finn Joiner of TyTy, GA, brother, Thomas Joiner (Evelyn) of Leesburg, GA, sisters, Joanne Hawkins of Boston, GA, Carolyn Barrett of Thomasville, and Brenda Arrington (Cawood) of Thomasville, a number of nieces & nephews and friends, and a special friend, Janet Clark of Thomasville.
He was preceded in death by his parents, T.J & Edna Joiner, and a sister, Shirley Jean Joiner.
