Mrs. Cecil Heipel, 57, of 192 Edwin St., died Wednesday night at K-W Hospital after a two-week illness. Born April 22, 1901, she was the former Marie Opperthauser, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Opperthauser of Sebewaig, Mich. She was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church and the Women of the Church. Surviving are her husband, Cecil, whom she married 30 years ago in Elmira; two brothers, Milton of Elmira, and Walter of Edmonton, a sister, Mrs. Charles (Eleanor) Miller of Kitchener. The body rested at the Gruhn Funeral Home where funeral services were conducted Saturday, January 24 at 2 p.m. Rev. Dr. A. G. Jacobi officiated and burial was in Memory Gardens, Breslau.
