Ms. Debra Jo Ledbetter Weaver, age 59, of Cedartown, GA, passed away on Tuesday morning, June 7, 2016. Ms. Weaver was born on May 10, 1957 in Rome, Georgia, the daughter of Willard L. "Jimmy" Ledbetter and Betty Floyd Ledbetter. She was preceded in death by her father, Jimmy Ledbetter and her son, Levi Isaac Weaver. Debra had worked for many years associated with the Zartic Corporation of Cedartown, Later worked as a Para-Professional with the Polk School District. She was an avid Nascar Race Fan & dearly loved her family, especially spending special play time with her granddaughter Payton. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church of Rockmart.
She is survived by her mother, Betty Floyd Ledbetter; her daughter & son in law, Joy Denise & Ricky McCulley; her brother, Michael Ledbetter; her sister & brother in law, Brenda & Danny Hulsey; her special aunts & uncles, Connie & Jerry Ingram, Bobby & Joann Alexander, Faynell Floyd, Joyce Nicholson, Harold Floyd, Marion Floyd & Dennis Floyd; her grandchildren, Payton McCord, Tammie Roberts, Tyler McCulley & Alan McCulley; her great grandchildren, Sean Roberts & Colbie West; a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.
Funeral services for Ms. Debra Jo Ledbetter Weaver will be conducted on Thursday afternoon, June 9, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of the Lester C. Litesey Funeral Home with the Rev. Timmy Jones and the Rev. Ricky Floyd officiating. Interment will follow in the family lot of the Northview Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening, June 8, 2016 from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the Lester C. Litesey Funeral Home.
The following are asked to serve as Pallbearers: Tyler McCulley, Alan McCulley, Shane McCord, Alec Ledbetter, Jason Spann, Zach Porterfield & Henry Ridley. Honorary Pallbearers will be: Payton McCord, Tammie Roberts and her nieces & nephews.
