Clovis was born April 20, 1936, near Marshall, Searcy County, Arkansas to the late Ruvell and Bessie Halsted Qualls. He passed from this life on January 26, 2020 at his home in Russellville, Pope County, Arkansas. was proceeded in death by his parents; a son, Bruce; two granddaughters, Brooklyn Eden and Jessica Qualls; Siblings, Jimmy, Mack, Bobby, Winifred, Thomas, Kathy, Mildred Ragland, Doyle Ragland, and son-in-law, Lonnie Eden.
Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Donna Sherbourne Qualls; Children, Cindy Eden, Eddie and Lacy Qualls, Peggy Babakhanian, Patricia and David Blevins, Donald and Angie Qualls and Rhonda Hill; Brothers, Doyle Ragland, Donald Ragland and Roy Ragland; One sister, Virginia DeHart; Seventeen grandchildren and twenty-six great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at Gateway Pentecostal Church of God on February 1 at 10;30 A.M.
