Houston,MS-Roxanne Johnson King, 52, passed away after an extended illness on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at North MS Medical Center in Tupelo. She was born in Racine, WI on September 9, 1967 to Carol Johnson Brydl. She had been a resident of Houston, MS since 2010, after moving with her husband from Wisconsin. She was a member of Faith Community Church in Racine, WI.
She leaves behind her husband of 29 years, Mark T. King of Houston; her children, Jessie King, Mark A. King, and Christine King all of Houston; Trevor Daniel Carranza of Houston and nine other grandhildren; her sister, Suzanne Sonderland of Burlington, WI; her brothers, Mark Johnson of Racine, WI and Jonathan Johnson of Springfield, TN; and a large extended family.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Carol Brydl; and her step-fathers Jim Johnson and Laudie Brydl.
Arrangements are incomplete at this time and a memorial service will be announced at a later date.. Southern Funeral Chapel of Houston has the honor of serving her family.
