Johnny was born Nov. 6, 1925, to W.W. (Bill) Clark and Hazel Faye (Moore) Clark in San Gabriel.
He was a 1943 graduate of San Gabriel High School. He served proudly in the United States Army from 1944 to 1946.
On Nov. 1, 1951, he married the love of his life, Kathryn (Wernli) in Bartlett. In 1957, they moved to Houston for Johnny to work for Cameron Iron Works.
In 1982, he retired after 25 years of service. He enjoyed a long and productive retirement working on various projects, fishing and fixing anything broken for anyone needing something fixed.
Johnny was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Hazel Clark; and one brother, Billie B. Clark.
He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Kathryn Clark; sister, Dorothy Fay Blackman; sister-in-law, Francis Wernli; son, John W. Clark; two grandchildren, Shelby Clark and Katie Clark; and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and Family.
Funeral services will be held Monday, Feb. 10, at 1 p.m. at Providence Funeral Home, with visitation beginning at noon.
Burial will follow at Taylor City Cemetery.
