Judy Carol Wood, age 68, passed away from this life on February 4, 2020 in Sand Springs, Oklahoma.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Service of Sand Springs. Memorial Services will be on Saturday, February 8, 2020, 2 pm at Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Chapel.
Judy was born on October 7, 1951 in Porterville, California to her parents Jerry Wood and Helen (White) Willingham. She received her education from College of the Sequoias in Visalia, California achieving an Associate’s Degree. Judy worked as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor for over 20 years helping others overcome their dependence and addictions. In her free time, she loved to play video games including Skyrim and Minefield. Most importantly, Judy will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who cherished her family and the moments that they spent together.
She is preceded in passing by her parents Jerry Wood and Helen Willingham.
Judy is survived by her sons Michael Martinez and Cody Wood, her daughters Shauna Wood, Melissa Martinez, and Jennifer Wood, her sisters Jeannie Scott, Michelle Nelson, Sheila Smith, her brothers Dennis Wood and Ted Nelson, her eleven grandchildren Nate Bennett, Gage Delozier, Mason Martinez, Harlow Martinez, Kenneth Wood, Brian Wood, Halena Gilbert, Rainy Gilbert, Emilee Satterfield, Alexander Wood, and Elizabeth Wood, her two great grandchildren and growing, and numerous other family members and friends.
