Jean passed on January 25, 2020. Lifelong resident of Westville, New Jersey, Jean adored her family above all. She was never happier than when she was in the presence of her family and had joyful and deep love for her husband, children & grandchildren and their spouses, and great grandchildren.
She spent the last 35 of her working years as the office manager alongside of family at Meserall Vision & Hearing. She was a light in that office, joyfully greeting all who entered the door while keeping countless details in order. In her earlier years she enjoyed camping and bowling, even being featured in the newspaper for her time bowling alongside her grandmom, mom, and daughter on a “4 generations” bowling team. She was an avid Phillies fan and while celebrating her 81st birthday at the ballpark, she was thrilled to be featured on the jumbo screen. She was also famous for her sweet tooth, particularly her penchant for chocolate cake for breakfast; she taught us all to eat dessert first. She is dearly missed.
The family welcomes all to attend a Celebration of Life Service on February 9, 2020 at Friends of Israel Gospel Ministry, 1179 Almonesson Rd, Westville, NJ 08093; 4-5 pm visitation with service immediately following.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Alzheimers Foundation of America (https://alzfdn.org/).
