Obituary: Tiffany A. McPherson, 43, of Guysville, OH, passed away Friday, Jan. 31, 2020. She was born Feb. 28, 1976 in Bedford England, daughter of Cathy Sayers and Richard Ford. She was a 1994 graduate of Federal Hocking High School. Tiffany was a giving, compassionate woman who always found joy in making others feel special and loved in happy and sad times. Her passion was making a home for her beloved family. Other interests were music, reading, the outdoors, baking, sewing, watching her children play sports and being a team mother to her sports and racing families, growing up on a farm and driving on gravel roads. She was an avid runner and ran half marathons and 5K’s with her son Evan. She enjoyed sharing experiences with both of her children as they grew older and awaited the arrival of a new grandson, Haydn. We know that she will watch over her family with a smile as they must continue their lives without her. In addition to her parents, Tiffany is survived by her husband, Mike McPherson of Guysville; children, Katherine (Jeremy) Thrush of Millfield and Evan McPherson of the home; grandfather, Gary Sayers of Millfield; brothers, Scott Ford and Jeremy (Melissa) Ford; nieces, Lindsay, Delaney, Clara, Alice, Maggie and Kaylli; nephews, James, Zack and Kyle; her mother-in-law, Elizabeth McPherson; 2 brothers-in-law, Carl Jr. (Shannon) McPherson and David McPherson; a special friend, Angela Moore and an extended family that loved her dearly. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Mary Bernadine Sayers; grandparents, James and Joan Ford and father-in-law, Carl McPherson, Sr. Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M., Monday, Feb. 3, 2020 at the Concord Church, 12275 Concord Church Road, Glouster, OH, with Carolyn Beasley officiating. Burial will follow in the Concord Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday, from 2-5 P.M. at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home in Coolville, OH. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Federal Hocking Athletic Boosters, 8461 St. Rt. 144, Stewart, OH 45778.
