On February 3, 2018 Victoria A. Welch-Wilson, 58, of Jessup passed away, at Howard County General Hospital. She is survived by her beloved husband Woody Wilson and devoted son Tyler J. Wilson. Dear sister of John Welch and Lee Kremmer, also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
