Clara Theresa Baetz - At St. Mary's Hospital, Thursday, Aug. 18, 1988, after a brief illness, in her 96th year. Dear mother of Shirley Dunbrook and Marion Fires, both of Kitchener; grandmother to Rhonda Bell and Carolyn Spetko; great-grandmother of seven great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband, George Baetz (1953), who served in the cavalry in the First World War, and was also a police officer in the City of Kitchener. Also predeceased by sons-in-law, Herbert Dunbrook and Oliver Fires. Visitation in the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home and Chapel, 51 Benton at Church St., from 2-4 and 7-9 pm today (Friday). Complete funeral service in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, Aug. 20, 1988, at 1 pm, Rev. John Richardson officiating. Interment Memory Gardens Cemetery.
