Born July 25, 1951, in Huntingdon, she was a daughter of the late Elliotte Gerald Hetrick Sr. and Mary Nila (Smouse) Hetrick. She was united in marriage to Dennis Lee “Fuzz” Fisher in Huntingdon. Mr. Fisher preceded her in death Nov. 1, 2012.
She is survived by two children, Jill J. Spyker, and her husband, Mark W. Spyker, of Huntingdon and Kelly J. Everetts and his companion, Jeanie, of Clarksville; and three grandchildren, Hayden N. Norvell, Mark W. Spyker Jr., and Zoë M. Everetts.
She is also survived by three siblings, Gary G. Hetrick of Huntingdon, Nila J. Hetrick of Kistler, and Gerald Hetrick of Hesston, as well as one niece and one nephew and one great-nephew.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Elliotte Gerald Hetrick Jr., who died in infancy.
Mrs. Fisher was a devout Christian.
She attended Huntingdon public schools and was a 1969 graduate of Huntingdon Area High School.
During her time in Huntingdon, Mrs. Fisher owned her own framing business and provided art lessons to the community; and was currently employed at BeeGraphix, Fredericktown, as a screen printer.
She was a talented artist who had a passion for painting. She also enjoyed reading and was very devoted to her faith. Above all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren, who were the center of her world.
A memorial service will be held at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Jan.31, at the John B. Brown Funeral Home, 417 Washington St., Huntingdon, with the Rev. Tim Schafer officiating. Interment will be in Huntingdon Memorial Gardens, Walker Township, Huntingdon.
Friends will be received from 5-6:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
