Miss Fanny Henry was born on January 8, 1868 in Virginia, the daughter of Edward Winston Henry Jr (1840–1881) and Ann Louise (Ely) Henry.
A retired secretary for an insurance agency and living at 1129 Glenwood Avenue in Nashville, Tennessee, she was 88 years old, single and had arteriosclerosis when she died on March 5, 1956 at Nashville's Davidson County Hospital, where she had been for ten years. Burial was two days later in Woodlawn Cemetery, Nashville.
