Keith Higgins Wilson, 92, of North Liberty passed away Friday, January 31st, 2020 at Solon Care Center.

Celebration of Life Services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 5th 2020 at Brosh Chapel and The Avacentre in Solon, 100 South Cedar Street. Graveside committal will follow at Sorden Cemetery in rural Webster. Friends may visit with the family after 1 p.m. Wednesday at the chapel in Solon.

Keith was born May 14th, 1927 in Keswick, Iowa son of Charles and Zoe Wilson. He was a graduate of Barnes City High School.

He married Marveen Johnson on January 29th, 1950.

He farmed most of his life and worked at various sale barns and then moved to Iowa City in 1992. He worked for Press Citizen Newspaper for eleven years.

After his wife Marveen passed in 1998,

he later married Iva Jean Grimm on July 7th, 2001.

His hobbies included spending time with grandchildren, bowling, golfing, fishing, puzzles, watching Hawkeye sports and spending time with family and friends.

Survivors include his wife Iva Jean Grimm; daughters Phyllis (Stan) Stutzman and Becky (Tim) Wageman; stepsons Tim (Anne) Grimm and Dan (Marta) Grimm; stepdaughters Tammy (Michael) Podd and Pam (Mike) Farrow; grandchildren Tony (Laura) Stutzman, Dustin (Lindsay) Stutzman, Sam (Grace) Stutzman, Alex (Alexandria) Stutzman, Jacob (Ashley) Wildman, Jillian Smith, John (Lesley) Wageman, David (Tonya) Wageman and Mike Wageman; step-grandchildren Nick (Bridget) Grimm, Tony (Angela) Grimm, Makayla Grimm, Josh (Kim) Eich, Mitch (Angela) Eich, Liz (Jim) Marriott, Katie (Michael) Vick, Andrea (Cory) Moel, Brein (Jim) Osborn and Amanda (Andy) Thomas; and 37 great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his 1st wife Marveen, parents Charles and Zoe, brothers Jack and Chester, sister Beverly and grandson Matt.

Memorials may be made to Essence of Life Hospice or Solon Retirement Village Skilled Care Unit.
