She was a retired claims deputy for Indiana Employment Security Division. Hazel was a member of the Old Capital Order of Eastern Star in Corydon, Royal Neighbors of America, she was the oldest member Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church in Floyds Knobs, IN "the Keeper of the Cane", United Methodist Women and the Mary Martha Circle.
She is survived by her son, David Vogt White (Julia) of Greenbrier, TN; grandsons, David William White (Colleen) of Clarksville, IN and Andrew Michael White (Amanda) of New Albany, IN and two great grandsons, Logan and Gavin White.
Funeral services will be at 11 AM Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon, IN. Pastor Peter Williams will officiate. Burial will be in Bethany United Methodist Church in New Middletown, IN. Visitation will be from 12 PM to 8 PM Monday, February 3, 2020 and on Tuesday from 9 AM until the service time at 11 AM.
