Mr. Chad Timothy Austin, age 40, of Crawfordville, Florida died Wednesday, Jan 29, in the Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, Tallahassee, Florida following a brief illness. Mr. Austin was born in Tallahassee, Fla. and resided in Crawfordville, Florida most of his life. He worked as a sales clerk in retail sales in the Tallahassee area most of his life. He was a member of the Grace Baptist Church, Crawfordville, Fla. and a graduate of Wakulla County High School. He enjoyed working in crafts, refurbishing items and was a general handyman. He is survived by his parents, Sidney and Linda Austin of Crawfordville, Fla.: One brother, Steven G. Austin of Jacksonville, Fla. and numerous aunts and uncles. A funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Austin will be held at 2 P.M. Monday, Feb. 3, in the Chapel of Guerry Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Spears of Crawfordville, Fla. officiating. Interment will be in Williams Cemetery, Lake City, Florida.
