Dominique Mesha Marshall was born on June 24, 1985, in Helena, Arkansas, to Jacqueline Williams and Andrew Marshall Jr. She confessed a hope in Christ at an early age at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church in Oneida, Arkansas under the leadership of Rev. W.E. Duckworth. Dominique grew up in Lakeview, Arkansas and graduated from C.V. White High School. She attended Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, AR.
