Rodney was a CEO Sales at S.P.S., President of the Knott County Fish & Game Club, member of the Gospel Light Baptist Church and a member of the Gideons. He was the first licensed auctioneer in Perry County.
Rodney was born on March 23, 1955 to the late Richard Hall and the late Mahalia Couch Hall. He is also preceded in death by one sister: Doris Fugate.
He leaves surviving his loving wife: Debbi Hall; one son: Patrick Riley Hall of Jeff, KY; one brother: Larry Hall (Sandy) of Letcher County, KY; two nieces: Lana Moore & Misha Hall; two nephews: Anthony Fugate & Andre Fugate as well as a host of family & friends.
