Cherry Box News.
We are sorry to state the sad death of our neighbor and friend Kurt Ballance, who died June 24. Mr. Ballance was a good man and had many warm friends. He will be sadly missed in the community where he lived—Cherry Box and Leonard. His funeral was conducted by Rev. Davis of Kirksville, who did the service justice. The funeral was largely attended. He had passed his 61st birthday. He leaves a wife, four sons and three daughters, who have our heartfelt sympathy.
