Funeral services for Angela Walker of Woodville, MS will be held Saturday, February 1, 2020 at 11:00am from the Free Spring Baptist Church in Doloroso, MS. Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the directions of Concordia Funeral Home of Ferriday, LA. Rev. George Norflin will officiate. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 5 to 7pm at the funeral home.
Mrs. Walker, daughter of Edward and Martha Phipps Carter was born in Natchez, MS and died at Merit Health Natchez Hospital in Natchez.
She is survived by her husband, William Walker, her mother, Martha P. Carter, one son, La'Darrius Walker, one daughter, Kalesha Carter, two sisters, Evang. Linda Wilson all of Woodville; Brenda Russell and her husband, Henry of Natchez; two grandchildren, Kalissa Myles and Jonnasia Carter both of Woodville. Also her best friend, Ora Ayers of Woodville.
Preceding her in death are her father, Edward Carter, one sister, Felicia Brooks and one grandchild, Angel.
