Linda Kay Ferguson, 68, of Kingsport, TN, born on November 8, 1951, went to be with her heavenly father and earthly children, Billy Wayne Dixon and Tammy Dixon Jenkins, who were waiting with open arms on Thursday, January 23, 2020, following a long illness.

In addition to her children, she is preceded in death by her husband, Terry Ferguson (Fuzz); parents, Elizabeth Barnette and Hugh Andrew Hutchins; and close friends, Anita Osborne, Ronnie Ball and Regina Crawford.

Surviving is her granddaughter, Ashley Whiteside and husband, Ronald Whiteside; special great-grandchildren, Ma’kye Whiteside, Karmela Whiteside and Kannon Whiteside; son in law, Silas Jenkins; step daughter, Stephanie McClellan; sisters, Betty East and husband, Mike East, and Rose Ferguson and husband, John Thomas Ferguson of Lecanto, Florida; brothers, David Hutchins and Leroy Hutchins and wife, Pam; brother in law, Pilly Ferguson and wife, Angela Ball Ferguson; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 from 6pm to 7pm in Trinity Memorial’s chapel. Funeral service will follow at 7pm. Graveside service will be held at East Lawn Cemetery on Wednesday, January 29 at 2pm.

Ronald Whiteside, Jeremy Whiteside, Jonathan Casey, Dustin East, Travis Johnson and Michael Speers will be serving as pallbearers.
