Lillie Belle Jones, 86, of Chattanooga, passed away on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at her residence.
She was a member of Greater Nazarene Missionary Baptist Church. She was a member of the NAACP and Bethlehem Center.
Lillie was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Jones; daughters, Delaphine Watkins and Gwendolyn Usher; and grandson, Domonius Jones.
Survivors include her sons, Robert O. Jones, Lem Jones, both of Chattanooga, and Frederick Jones of Ellenwood, GA; 15 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; cousin, George Watkins; a host of other relatives and friends.
She will lie-in-state on Saturday, Feb. 1, after 12:30 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be on Tuesday, Feb. 4, at 1 p.m. in the chapel with Minister Roger Pride as the eulogist. Burial will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
