Mr. Stephens served in the U.S. Army, He lived in the Concord area most of his life. He loved being outdoors, fishing and hunting was what he loved the most. He loved talking with people, and never met a stranger.
He is survived by his:
a son and his wife of Calvary, GA
a daughter of Concord, FL
a stepson and his wife of Pensacola, FL
two stepdaughters and their husbands of Springfield, VA and Summerville, AL
five brothers
three sisters
eleven grandchildren
seventeen great-grandchildren
two great-great grandchildren
many nieces and nephews
He was preceded in death by:
his parents, Jesse and Gussie P. Stephens
his wife, Sara Gray Stephens in 2011.
The funeral service was held on Monday, January 27, 2020 at Faith Funeral Home Chapel in Havana. The internment followed the service at Concord Cemetery.
