She is preceded in death by her father: Conley Daniels and three sisters: Donna Bennett, Mary Daniels and Connie Daniels.
She leaves surviving her husband: Rick Mullins; mother: Loretta Daniels; one son: Matthew Mullins of Happy, KY; three daughters: Carla Mullins Burton of Lexington, Jamie Mullins (Fred) of Happy, KY & Melissa Leach (Scott) of Happy, KY; one sister: Linda Ogelvie of Campbellsville, KY; three grandchildren: Dylan Burton, Clay Burton & Starla Leach; special friend: Tammy Sumner; four nieces: Melinda Morgan, Stella Collins, Amanda Daniels & Sydney Couch; three nephews: Bo Mullins, Eythan Combs & Jeremiah Ogelvie as well as a host of family & friends.
Visitation will be after 5PM Monday Jan. 27, 2020 at the Ira Combs Baptist Church
Funeral will be at 12PM Tue. Jan. 28, 2020 at the Ira Combs Baptist Church with Craig Daniels and Sam Fields
Burial will be at the Mullins Family Cemetery at Acup, KY
