25 Aug 1922 - I carried Jack Ray to State Hospital in Jackson.
31 Aug 1922 - I carried Jack Ray back home.

Unmarked grave: Jack Ray appears in the Mississippi Dept. of Archives and History database of death certificate information on Asylum Hospital patients that died between 1912 and 1935 and were buried on the hospital grounds.
The cemetery area is the only undeveloped land on the campus of The University of Mississippi Medical Center, as of June 2020.
(This is not Whitfield, which is located in Rankin County and did not open until 1935.)
