She was preceded in death by her papaw Homer Crider, papaw Ruben Crusenberry, mamaw Hazel Marie Crusenberry and special friend James Clark.
Heather is survived by her husband Grover (T.J.) Collins of the home, mother Alice Crusenberry of Pennington Gap, VA, father Larry Crider of Dryden, VA, grandmother Nora Crider of Pennington Gap, VA, four sisters Alena Robbins of Pennington Gap, VA, Billy Jo of Pennington Gap, VA, Larissa Crider of Pennington Gap, VA and Savannah Tabor of Pennington Gap, VA, one nephew Dewayne Collins of Pennington Gap, VA, two nieces Samantha Hale and Rebecca Newman both of Pennington Gap, VA, brother-in-law Terry Collins, uncles Dal Crusenberry, Dick Crusenberry and wife, Margaret, Jim Crusenberry, Jerry Crusenberry, aunts Pauline Rogers and husband, Mike, Doris Haynes, Barbara Crusenberry and many extended family and friends.
A private service will be held for Heather Marie Collins.
Burial will follow at Lee Memorial Gardens in Woodway VA.
