Meda Pearl Crase Stallard, 98, of Troy MO, was born March 20, 1906 in the Garfield community, the daughter of Henry Clay Crase and Rebecca Taylor Crase. She died Aug. 29, 2004, at Lincoln County Nursing and Rehab in Troy, MO.
She was a homemaker.
She attended the Hawk Point Baptist Church.
She will be missed by her family and friends.
Survivors include four sons, John Stallard of Gamaliel, AR; James Stallard and wife, Kathy, of Wentzville, MO; Leonard Stallard and wife, Lois of St. Peters, MO; and Raymond Stallard and wife, Mary of Hawk Point, MO; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and two daughters-in-law, Madelyn and Jackie Stallard.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two sons, Billy and Henry Stallard; 13 siblings and one great-great-grandchild.
Graveside services were Sept. 3 at the Garfield Cemetery with Grover Pingleton officiating. Burial was in Garfield Community with arrangements under the direction of Carter Funeral Home Inc. of Thayer, MO.
