Born March 18, 1925 in Lawrence County, Kentucky to the late Rev. Ambrose and Rebecca (Hay) Phillips, Hazel P. Harrington, of Plain City, died Friday, February 5, 2010.
She was a member of the Cornerstone CCCU.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant brother, George Daniel Phillips.
Survived by husband, Carson M. Harrington; six children; 24 grandchildren and 42 great-grandchildren; brothers, Harold Phillips, Ambrose Phillips; sisters, Lydia Phillips, Maggie Picklesimon, Joyce North, June Glass.
