July 1, 1946 - January 21, 2020 Joyce Ann Bast, 73 of Harrodsburg, widow of William Leroy Bast died Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at her residence. Born July 1, 1946 in Harrodsburg, she was the daughter of the late Ralph Edward and Louise Isham Rogers. She was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church and a retired employee of Modine. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, shopping, camping and any activities that she could do with her family.
Survivors include, one son: Eddie (Darlene) Bast of Harrodsburg, one daughter: Tammy Behn, two brothers: William David (Eva) Rogers and Ralph Edwards (Anetta) Rogers, Jr. both of Harrodsburg, two grandsons: Patrick Bast and Adam (Sarah) Curtsinger, two great grandsons: Zachary (Kyleigh) Curtsinger and Cole Curtsinger and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 P.M., Monday, January 27, 2020 at the Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home with Bro. James Harley and Scott Hurst officiating. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery with Zach Curtsinger, Cole Curtsinger, Patrick Bast, Donovan Bast, Tim Rogers and Eric Bast serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Eli Horn, Jay Mobley, Larry Merriman, II, Adam Curtsinger, Brian Hurst, Brad Hurst, John Rogers, Ralph Rogers, III, Anthony Bast, Steve Merriman and Troy Rogers.
