Obituary of Wanda Anna Marie Merklinger
Peacefully, at Brantford General Hospital, on Saturday, Oct. 3, 1998, in her 92nd year, of Brantford, Ont. Mrs. Merklinger was formerly of Waterloo and was a longtime member of First United Church, Waterloo. Beloved mother of Connie and her husband Len Mills of Oakville and John and his wife Lenore of Brantford; dearest grandmother of Jennifer and Lester, John (Shelley), Leslie Anne (Cal Waddell) and Peter (Anne); great-grandmother to nine great-grandchildren; sister of Mrs. Hannah Brown of North Bay; survived also by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband, John William Merklinger; parents; brothers; Walter, Paul and Robert, and a sister, Margaret. Mrs. Merklinger's family will receive friends at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Tuesday at 12: 30 p.m. followed by a service in the chapel at 1: 30 p.m., Rev. Rick Hawley officiating. Internment to follow at Mount Hope Cemetery, Waterloo.
