Larry Stephen Bishop, 73, of Blountville, TN passed away on Friday, January 17, 2020 at Bristol Regional Hospital.

Larry was born in Duffield, VA on November 16, 1946, and was the son of the late William E. and Nora Lee (Dulaney) Bishop. He is preceded in death by a sister and a brother. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. Larry loved the Lord. He attended Freedom Fellowship Baptist Church until his declining health prevented him from doing so. Larry enjoyed working on antique cars. But most importantly he loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He also loved his little dog Ruby. He was the owner and operator of B&J Electric for many years.

He is survived by his wife, Janie Marie Bishop of the home; daughter, Sandra Bishop, Church Hill, TN; step-sons, John Kyle Marcum, Kingsport, TN and Ricky Allen Fink, II and wife Brittany, Castlewood, VA; sister, Norma Jean Bishop, Kingsport, TN; brothers, Jerry Bishop, Duffield, VA and Leroy Bishop, Kingsport, TN; step-grandchildren, Rylee Stacy and Maddox Lloyd Kyle Fink; along with several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
