Timothy Mark Thornton, 54, died Jan. 20, 2020. Services 5 pm Sunday, January 26, 2020 at Kerr Brothers, Harrodsburg Rd. Visitation 3-5 pm Sunday Burial 11:00am Monday Camp Nelson National Cemetery. He was the youngest son of the late James P. Thornton and the late Geraldine E. Thornton. He was born August 8, 1965 and departed this world to be with the Lord Monday, January 20, 2020. He was a member of the Historic Pleasant Green Missionary Baptist Church. Timothy graduated from Tates Creek High School and served in the United States Army and Reserves. He was employed at the Toyota Motor Company. Timothy will be deeply missed by his two brothers, Lewis L. (Michelle) Jackson and Phillip D. Thorton and Rita Berry, as well as his two sisters Velinda T.(Kevin) Wilson and Juli Z. (Gary) Chenault. He had five nieces, two nephews and a host of great nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
