William Carroll Spivey, age 72, of Nicholls, Georgia passed away on Monday January, 20, 2020 at Coffee Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Spivey was born on May 2, 1947 in Douglas, Georgia the son of the late William Spivey and the late Gladys Harper Spivey.
Mr. Spivey was a local farmer and a member of Pineview Church of God, West Green, GA
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Sophia Spivey, two brothers, Lee Spivey and Thurman Spivey and three sisters, Earnestine Dupree, Frances Harper and Ineva Harper.
Survivors include his wife, JoAnn Harper Spivey of Nicholls, GA; daughter, Damita Spivey Davis (Brian) of Nicholls, GA; son, Shanon Spivey (Allison) of Nicholls, GA; four grandchildren, Haley Davis, Lila Spivey, Katie Davis and Ty Spivey; several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Funeral services were held on Thursday, January 23, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Pineview Church of God with Rev. Craig Jump, Rev. Gerald Gardner and Rev. Scott Smith officiating. The interment followed at Burkett Church Cemetery. Pallbearers were Randy Altman, Stevie Altman, Thad Thomas, Koby McClelland, Chase Kirkland, Cody Kirkland, Vecente Lopez and Labrado Ramirez.
