Mrs. McMillian was born July 29, 1950 in Union, a daughter of the late Van William “Bill” Howell and Etta Pridmore “Ruby” Howell. She was retired from Spring City Knits in Gaffney. Mrs. McMillian was a member of Fairforest Baptist Church. She was a loving Mother, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother.
Surviving are two daughters, Renea King and husband Craig and Candice Davis Vinson and husband Gregg all of Union; a son, Charles Ray Dantzler of Union; a sister, Vonnie Smith and husband Jimmy of Buffalo; two brothers, Calvin Howell and wife Julie and Kerry Flowers all of Union; four grandsons, Paul Wilson, Phillip King, Brandon Dantzler, and Michael Dantzler; and five great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by twin sisters, Elaine and Eileen Howell and a brother, Keith Howell.
A celebration of life service will be held at 3:00 PM Thursday, January 23, 2020 at Fairforest Baptist Church conducted by the Rev. Scott Cobb. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be Billy Gwinn, Pat Gwinn, Brian Knox, Johnny Howell, Tracy Smith, and Jamie Babb. The following are asked to sit in a group and form the honorary escort, Hospice Care of South Carolina and the staff of Ellen Sagar Nursing Home.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 until 3:00 PM prior to the services at the church.
